Day 01: Delhi

Arrival at Delhi airport and meet with our representatives who shall assist & transfer you to the designated hotel. Post lunch, explore the historic part of the capital- Old Delhi. Here we shall be visiting Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk Bazaar. This is followed by drive towards India Gate and President House before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 02: Delhi - Sariska

The wildlife adventure starts with the drive towards Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary in Rajasthan and upon arrival check-in at a wildlife resort. Post lunch, set out for a safari into the reserve known for its wide variety of flora & fauna. Some of the reserves resident animals include Nilgai, Chital, Chaurasingha, Sand Grouse and Rhesus Monkey. Diner & overnight stay will be at the resort.

Day 03: Sariska – Jaipur

Morning after breakfast proceed for a bird watching tour into the reserve. The park is a bird watchers delight being inhabited by a large variety of birds both resident and migratory. Later, we drive towards the "pink city" of Jaipur and upon arrival transfer to a royal Haveli capturing the nostalgia of the bygone age. Evening excursion trip to Amber Fort located atop a mountain with a serene lake at its foot. Take an elephant ride decorated majestically and feel like an Indian prince you ride to its gate. After the eventful visit, return to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 04: Jaipur - Ranthambore

Today’s first half shall be spent on visiting the other popular attraction gracing the capital of Rajasthan including Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and City Palace. You may also opt for a short trip to markets for ethnic goods and handicrafts. Evening drive to Ranthambhore national park and upon arrival transfer to a wildlife resort.

Day 05: Ranthambore

Enjoy morning and evening game drives into the reserve accompanied by an expert guide. Ranthambhore is one of the most well known and frequented wildlife reserves in India. A part of famed Project Tiger of India, Ranthambhore possesses over 12 species of reptiles, 272 types of birds and 350 species of trees and aquatic plants. Choose either Jeep/Canter Safari or the more popular elephant safari which is regarded more suitable for spotting the animals. This is followed by Nature walk and trekking expedition. Later, return to the lodge for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 06: Ranthambore- Bharatpur

Morning Tiger tracking into the reserve where some of the animals we may encounter include Gazelle, Chital, Nilgai, Indian Hare and Monitor Lizards, apart from its star attraction-Tiger. In the afternoon, we shall drive towards Bharatpur bird sanctuary and upon arrival check-in at a wildlife resort. Rest of the day free at leisure, explore the nearby villages or just enjoy a relaxing massage at the resort. Dinner & overnight stay at Bharatpur.

Day 07: Ranthambore - Bharatpur

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bharatpur is regarded as India’s best wildlife sanctuary. Also known as Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary, the sanctuary has more than 300 species of birds both resident and migratory including Indian Spotted Eagles, Darters, Black-necked, Painted and Asian Openbill Storks, Common, Sarus and Demoiselle Cranes and Dalmatian Pelicans. A bird watchers paradise, it is also an excellent place for nature photography. The tour of the reserve shall be on a rickshaw.

Dinner & overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 08: Bharatpur

On day 8 of the tour, enjoy a boat ride upon the picturesque lake within the sanctuary followed by nature walk in the park. The boat ride is popular for enabling to watch some rare species of birds from close quarters. Animals like wild boars, golden jackal, jungle cat and fishing cat are also found in the reserve.

Day 09: Bharatpur - AgraTaj Mahal, cultural tourism india

Morning drive to Agra and upon arrival check-in at a hotel. Post lunch, our expert guide will escort you to the Taj Mahal, arguably the most famous monument of the country. Clad in white marble, this monument of love is renowned the world over for its beauty and elegance. Visit Taj and other monuments located nearby followed by tour of other historical sites of Agra including Jama Masjid and the Agra Fort.

Dinner & overnight stay at Agra.

Day 10: Agra – Jhansi-Orchha-Khajuraho

Morning transfer to Agra railhead for train to Jhansi and upon arrival meet with our representatives who shall drive you toward Khajuraho en-route visiting the historical temples at Orchha. Upon arrival at Khajuraho transfer to a hotel. Khajuraho is famous for its erotic temples which present a artistic and sensual synthesis of Erotic arts with architectural brilliance. Khajuraho India, indian cultureThe complex is divided into Easter, Western and Southern group of temples and will explain the inherent philosophy behind important and famous sculptures. These historic temples were constructed by the Chandela dynasty between 950 and 1050 AD.

Day 11: Khajuraho - Varanasi

The spiritual journey begins with the arrival at Varanasi by flight. One of the oldest cities of the world, and an important pilgrimage destination for the Hindus and Buddhist, this sacred town is famous for its riverfront, temples and shrines. Later in the day, set out for a boat ride upon the life giving waters of Ganges River. It is believed that a bath in the holy river Ganga results in attainment of Moksha. Spend a relaxed evening before retiring to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 12: Varanasi

Visit some of the most famous tourist attractions in the holy city casting a holy spell upon the visitors. Vishwanath Temple, Assi Ghat and Dashaswamedh Ghat are some such destinations. Follow it up with a visit to Sarnath, the site where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Later, visit the local markets to shop for ethnic handicrafts and memorabilia’s followed by return to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 13: Varanasi-Delhi

In time transfer to Varanasi airport for flight to Delhi and upon arrival board flight to your onward/return destination.
